This is a new item made of solid hardwood. This is a great / sturdy shelf unit with 3 tiers! These make great gifts! They also work well in closets as shoe racks or in the bedroom. This rich cappuccino stain will blend in with your furniture and make a beautiful accent piece. Great for holding books, CD's, artwork, and plants. Fits in nicely in almost every room in the house -- great in the kitchen, den, living room, bedroom, etc. We also have this in cherry stain! The dimensions are: 30" x 12 1/2" x 36"H They are built for normal household use, however, there are ways to secure them in place. We do not provide any hardware for securing the furniture.
